EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION
We bring a curiosity and a passion for empowering clients to change with collaborative and client centered methods. As the field of mental health advances in new and innovative ways, we are committed to continually updating our knowledge and expertise.
Your treatment will be tailored to your particular needs and we can connect you with additional resources in your community as needed. Your trauma informed therapist will also work with you to resolve the impact of trauma. Research has shown that the nervous system is changed by trauma; such as adverse childhood experiences, (developmental trauma), and PTSD (Complex Trauma and Stress) which often compromises physical and mental wellbeing long term.
Our space is safe, confidential and respectful of all social backgrounds and cultural beliefs. We strive to accommodate every individual therapy need and help our clients to cultivate and thrive.
